Casa Baléares holiday villa with private pool Southern France - facilities

Casa Baléares is a spacious villa of 280 m2 living space. The villa is laid out over 2 floors and comes with covered car porch and large pool house.

Ground floor

• There is a large entrance hall which provides access to the lounge, kitchen and downstairs bedrooms
• The spacious living room is located on the ground floor and comes with a large 'U' shaped sofa, a large dining table, fireplace with insert fire and flat screen TV.
• The large kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is plenty of storage space and cooking utensils. A set of patio doors provide access out onto the front terrace, overlooking the driveway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• The master bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with a Super-king size bed (200cm x 200cm), fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and toilet. Patio windows provide access onto a private terrace, with views over the surrounding countryside. A separate door provides access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
• Bedroom 2 is an en suite double bedroom located on the ground floor. There is a Super-king size bed, (200cm x 200cm), fitted wardrobes and bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
• Bedroom 3 is an ideal space for children and comes with 3 single beds.
• Bedroom 4 is situated on the ground floor and is a double bedroom (King size bed) with fitted wardrobes. A patio door provides access to the garden and pool area.
• Bedroom 5 is located in the poolside apartment. This large space comes with an en suite bathroom, a double bed and a mezzanine floor with another double bed. This room ideally suits parents with children.
• There is another bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC. There is also an additional toilet near the entrance.

Outside

• There is a beautiful private pool which is 8m x 4m and comes with a security alarm and Roman steps for easy access. Surrounding the pool there is a large pool terrace and garden. The pool terrace is well-furnished with plenty of sunbeds, comfortable outdoor lounge furniture and a large patio table and chairs.
• Next to the pool there is the large pool house which can be used as a games room, play area or home office.
• Beyond the pool is the former tennis court (which is no longer used).
• There is parking for several cars on the driveway.

The price for the holiday villa includes the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. All guests must be covered by travel insurance.
