The holiday cottage is arranged over several levels and has a surprising amount of living and outdoor space.

Ground floor

• There is the enclosed garden with terrace, barbecue area and private swimming pool.
• There is also a summer kitchen, together with additional sleeping accommodation and a bathroom.
• There is also a large double garage, with additional parking for 2 cars immediately in front of the garage.

Lower First floor

• This is devoted to a very spacious lounge with two large comfortable sofas, TV and a wood-burning stove.
• Steps take you up to the kitchen, dining area and main entrance

First floor

The main living space is on the first floor and this is where the main entrance to the house is.

• There is a sleek modern kitchen with breakfast bar, large range cooker, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Espresso machine, toaster and kettle.
• There is a spacious dining area which opens directly onto a large sunny terrace for outdoor dining. 
• In the large entrance hall you can see the original wine vat that was used to storing wine and a stone trough for feeding the animals. There is a guest WC next to the front door.

Second floor

• There are two spacious double bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms.
• This floor also provides access to a fabulous roof terrace with beautiful views across the rooftops of Caussiniojouls and towards the wooded hills beyond.
