The villa is laid out over 2 floors and features a large open plan living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor:
Ground floor
- In the living room there is a TV and internet connection. There are two comfortable settees and a coffee table.
- The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs.
- French doors lead out from the living room onto a terrace and courtyard.
- The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the modern appliances that you will need - dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc.
- There is a guest toilet on this floor.
First floor
The first floor has a solid wooden floors throughout and features a lovely gallery above the living room. The 3 bedrooms have nice views out over the garden.
- Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with a standard-size double bed and fitted wardrobes
- Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds
- There is a family bathroom and separate toilet. Washing machine.
Outside: the main feature is the large private swimming pool (8m x 4m). The pool can be heated at an additional charge. There is a large garden with a small lawn area, mature trees and plants and a terrace area which also features a BBQ.

The village of Cers is located just 7km from the Mediterranean coast and 3 km from the town of Beziers. The village is very handy for Beziers airport, Beziers TGV train station and the A9 and A75 motorways.
The house is a 1 min walk to a bakery and grocery store. There is a large supermarket on the edge of the village.
4 km to neighbouring village of Portiragnes with all facilities; baker, grocery store, newsagent, wine outlet, café, restaurant and wonderful traditional markets. Many summer festivals and cultural events, tennis and bike hire.
Close to the tree-lined Canal du Midi. Ideal for walking or cycling.
Along the coast is Agde with its winding streets, restaurants, pavement cafés and bars, and harbour. Cap d´Agde with its fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife, further beaches, bike hire, tennis, golf and huge water park ´Aqualand´.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers, with regular services to Paris and Barcelona.

Surprisingly spacious
House is amazing
The house is really amazing. It s got loads of beautiful art. It is really big, even bigger than we expected. The garden was amazing with a great swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It is the perfect house to chill out and relax. We be had an amazing time. I would strongly recommend to stay in this home!!
