The property is laid out over 2 floors and provides 38m2 of living space. The rental has a private terrace with views over the grounds of the Château.
Ground floor
The open plan living room contains the lounge and kitchen.
- The lounge comes with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. There is an air conditioning unit.
- The kitchenette is fitted with an hob, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee machine and storage space. The property has a set of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- There is a small breakfast bar under the stairs for dining.
First floor
A spiral staircase takes you up to the bedroom suite, which also provides access to the terrace.
- The bedroom is 18m2 and comes with a high ceiling with lovely exposed beams. There is a Queen-sized double bed (160cm x 200cm), bedside cabinets and a hanging space and shelves. The bedroom is air conditioned. A door provides access to the roof terrace.
- The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, was basin and WC.
Outside
- The private rooftop terrace has a patio table and chairs, with parasol. There is a plancha for outdoor barbecues.

- The Château is set within 2.5 hectares of beautiful parkland, with mature trees, woodland paths and lawn areas.

The rental prices include the linen, bath towels and end of stay cleaning. The pool is usually open June-September from 10h00-22h00 and the Jacuzzi spa is available all year around (with reservation slots available from 10h00-19h00).
Romantic holiday gite for a couple in France - Our Opinion
The Château and its grounds offer a wonderful, peaceful haven, where you can relax, picnic in the park, kick back and soak up the sun by the pool or chill in the hot tub. The park and pool are shared with the Owner and guests at a second gite. The Château is located on the outskirts of the town of Vichy, a popular 19th Century Spa town, with excellent, shops, restaurants and many beautiful parks.
You can explore the beautiful Auvergne region which has something for everyone.
