Villa Mesago is a stylish 2 bed holiday villa in South France with a private pool. The villa is located in the charming wine-making village of Caux, which is 5 mins from the historic town of Pezenas - one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. The Mediterranean beaches are just 25 minutes away.

This modern holiday villa in South France provides 120m² of living space and is fully air-conditioned. Inside there are 2 double bedrooms and the villa is furnished to a high standard with high quality fixtures. There is private off-road parking.

The villa is laid out all on one level and is set within a 800m² garden

The inside of the villa is immaculate with high quality furniture. There is a real sense of space. All rooms are air-conditioned.

• The lounge is bathed in natural light, is the perfect space to relax. There is a large sofa, armchair and a large flat screen TV (with internet connection for Netflix, Apple TV accounts).
• The dining area is elegant and welcoming, with tasteful lighting & furniture.
• The fully-equipped kitchen comes with top-of-the-range appliances, including a large American fridge-freezer with filtered water and ice-maker and a De’Longhi coffee machine. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils and appliances. 
• The 2 bedrooms both come with very comfortable Queen-sized double beds (160cm x 200cm) and fitted wardrobes.
• The bathroom is spacious and elegant, with a full-sized bath, shower, wash basin and WC.
• There is a laundry room with a washing machine.

• The private swimming pool is 8m x 4m and uses a saltwater system with no harmful chemicals (great for your skin and hair).
• There is a magnificent summer kitchen with state-of-the-art barbecue grill, beer fridge and 
• The sunny terrace overlooks the pool and comes with an automated bio-climatic pergola (which screens you from the sun when it becomes too hot). The terrace has comfortable and elegant garden furniture.

The rental price includes the linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and local taxes. There is a refundable security deposit of €500.

The villa is quite simply, a slice of heaven in the South of France. With a private pool, stunning Barbecue area, sunny terrace and an immaculate interior, Villa Mesago is the perfect holiday rental. Within 2-3 mins walk you have restaurants, shops and your local boulangerie. 5 mins down the road there is Pezenas, one of the prettiest towns in South France with a fabulous Saturday market. The Mediterranean beaches are 25 mins and Beziers & Montpellier airports are 40-45 mins away. And all of this for under €300 per night!
