Last visited: January 2026. This is the perfect villa for a family holiday in South France. The swimming pool is a great place to relax, soak up the sun and cool down. The nearby town of Pezenas is one of the prettiest towns in the South of France and has a fabulous Saturday market that takes over the town. During the summer, there is a large food & wine festival held every Monday evening, with live music and food stalls.
There are a number of excellent beaches on the Mediterranean coast, including Vias Plage, Marseillan Plage and the beaches at Cap d'Agde.

The rental is for the entire property. The parking, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests. The rental price includes the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

Chez Brigitte is situated in the pretty village of Nizas. This is an excellent spot for visitors to explore this beautiful corner of France, with stunning scenery and excellent local vineyards - the Faugeres wine region produces some of the best wines in the area.
In the village there is a small shop, for your daily baguette and morning croissants. A van visits once a week selling fresh seafood, including local oysters and mussels direct from the producers. The village also provides a post office, children’s play area and tennis courts.
Less than 10 minutes drive away is the ancient market town of Pezenas, with it`s atmospheric old quarter, artist’s studios, boutiques and wide variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a fabulous market on Saturday, and a cinema showing English language films.
A 30 minute drive will take you to the Mediterranean beach resorts where you’ll find long stretches of sandy beaches with safe, shallow waters for swimming, all kinds of water sports, and a lively buzz in the cafes and bars. Some of the many family attractions here include a Dinosaur Park (near Meze), an African Animal reserve (Sigean), Aqualand water park (Cap d’Agde) and the Aquarium at Montpellier.
Explore the bustling port of Sete, built on a confluence of canals, and watch the local spectacle of water jousting. Meander through the narrow cobbled streets of the regional capital, Montpellier, with its shady squares and exclusive boutiques. Or, you could hire a bike and go cycling along the tow paths of the magnificent Canal du Midi. Or just simply relax by your own pool.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station located at Montpellier, Beziers and Agde. Local bus services run from each of these towns to Pezenas.
